Report an Issue

Found a site that looks wrong? Thanks for helping — here's how.

The web is endlessly varied, so a page will occasionally theme imperfectly. A short, specific report lets us reproduce the problem and ship a fix fast.

What to capture

1. The exact page URL where it looks wrong — copy it straight from the address bar.
2. Which theme is active (for example Catppuccin Mocha or Nord) — you can check this in the toolbar popup.
3. What looks wrong, in a sentence or two — unreadable text, a missing background, broken contrast — plus a screenshot showing it.
4. Your browser and version (for example Chrome 148). In Chrome this is at Menu → Help → About Google Chrome.

How to send it

Email everything to hello@getpigment.app. Attach the screenshot and paste the details above. That's it — there's no form and no account.

In the meantime

If a site is hard to use while it themes incorrectly, open the toolbar popup and flip “Pause on this site”. Pigment leaves that site untouched until you turn it back on, so you're never stuck.
